This page is about the website itself — reading it, and sending an enquiry through it. It is short, because a website should not need three thousand words of conditions to be looked at.
Work we actually carry out for a business is covered by a separate written agreement with that business, agreed before anything starts. Nothing on this page replaces it.

Using the site
You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and send us an enquiry. Please do not attempt to interfere with it, submit the form automatically or in bulk, or use it to send anyone anything unlawful.
What is written here
The pages on this site describe how we work and what we build. They are written to be accurate and we take that seriously — but they are a description of an approach, not a quotation and not advice for your particular business.
Nothing here forms a contract or an offer capable of acceptance. A piece of work exists once it has been scoped, priced and agreed in writing.
We make no claims on this site about results, revenue or return, and there are no client testimonials, statistics or case studies on it, because we are not prepared to publish numbers we cannot evidence.
Sending an enquiry
The form at the end of the homepage sends what you have written to our mailbox. Sending it does not commit you to anything and does not commit us to anything.
If it cannot be delivered — because something has failed at our end — the site tells you so and shows you exactly what you wrote, so you can send it by email instead. A real delivery failure is never reported to you as a success.
The form also carries automatic protection against automated and bulk submissions. Anything it judges to be a bot is discarded rather than delivered, and is not told that it has been — a protection that explains itself is one that can be worked around. Filling the form in normally will not trip it. If you have sent something and heard nothing at all, email info@mhjsolutions.co.uk and we will pick it up from there.

Who owns what is on it
The design, code, words and brand on this site belong to MHJ Solutions. Please do not copy the site wholesale or pass its content off as your own.
Separately, and more importantly: work we build for a client belongs to that client. The domain, the site, the words and the customer data are theirs, and they can take all of it with them.
Links to other sites
Where this site links somewhere else, we do not control that site and are not responsible for what is on it.
Liability
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for loss arising from relying on general information published here rather than on advice given for your specific situation.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under law. Nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer.

MHJ Solutions Ltd is registered in England and Wales. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
